Detailed Procedure

Step one: Get 9 cups, the same size, then name them.
Step two: I labeled three cups Sugar, Borax, and Salt.
Step three: Get 9 pieces of string. then 9 sticks and then tie each of string to each stick
Step four: Boil water and put one substance at a time until it doesn't devolve anymore, Then pour it into the cups and put the string in the cup.
Step five: Wait for how ever long you keep it in for.
Step six: take the string out and see how many GRAMS it is.

Results

The Sugar weigh 0.14, Salt weigh 2.84, Borax weigh 1.02 in grams. Salt had the biggest crystals.

Conclusion

in my experiment I said that the sugar would be the biggest crystles but it turns out that the salt weight more then sugar and borax. The salt weigh 2.84 average ,the sugar weigh 0.14 average , borax weigh 1.02 average in grams.
